ScreeningsSpeech and language screenings are $30 and are completed in your home, daycare, or preschool/school location.
Group screenings are available for daycares and preschools. Screenings are ideal for determining if your child is displaying the developmental skills needed for effective and efficient communication, and help determine if a formal evaluation is needed. |
EvaluationsComprehensive speech, language, and/or myofunctional evaluations are available to identify if there are any areas of need that could be addressed with formal speech, language, and/or orofacial myofunctional therapy services.

Therapy Services
Speech therapy sessions are provided by an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who travels to each clients' home. Services can be provided in other settings such as a daycare or school, but is dependent on that location's rules/regulations.
Services can address current speech therapy goals and objectives from a school's current Individualized Education Program (IEP) or current treatment plan.

Types of Therapy
Articulation Therapy: Services will target sound productions from isolation through conversational levels to improve the child's ability to be understood when speaking. If a child is not able to produce the correct sound(s) when speaking they might become frustrated, have difficulty sounding out words when reading, or have difficulty during writing tasks (i.e. spelling difficulties).

Receptive Language Therapy: Services will focus on understanding verbal and/or written language. This might include understanding information or new concepts presented, understanding the meaning of words and how to use them, identifying main ideas and details, and much more.
Expressive Language Therapy: Services will focus on using a variety of modalities such as verbal or written expression, gestures, sign, or augmentative and alternative communication (low or high tech communication devices) for your child to communicate their thoughts, wants, and needs. |
Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy: Services will focus on addressing the atypical oral habits, chewing and swallowing patterns, and speech distortions that occur due to identified orofacial myofunctional disorders. These might include:
